Yep, that's how long I managed to run today without stopping! Before today I had only run for 10 minutes straight.
Now I know what you are thinking ... didn't she just say a few days ago she wasn't going to push endurance but instead increase the number of intervals? I know, but today I just felt so good and powerful running that I didn't want to stop :) Then I said, oh I'll stop when I get to this corner and then it was when I got to the park. Finally I stopped when I finished running along side the park. Boy, I was tired. But I was also proud :) Today and yesterday I found out that two different job opportunities weren't going to work out. So, running has reminded me, yet again, that I can accomplish something! And no potential employer can take that away from me :)

Congrats!!!!!! Awesome work!! I can just picture you jogging now, with the Eye of the Tiger playing for good measure!! :) I am very proud of you.
that's awesome! great job with the running! i still have good/bad running days, all depends on what's going on and what my mood is like... yesterday, i managed 50 minutes on the treadmill (with a 1-minute walk every 9 minutes) but still consider that to be a success... you'll be doing a few miles before you know it! :o)
