I was just about to recommend the Jillian Mich...HA! I was just about to recommend the Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred too! If you have Comcast OnDemand cable it's on the ExerciseTV section for free. But if not, you can order it on DVD. It's a great workout for people with small workout space. My living room space is about the same as yours and I easily can do her moves, as they are confined --- not much space is needed to do her moves. It's a really HARD workout too -- she really kicks my ass every time. She combines upper and lower body in most moves so you are getting maximum burn.
